Every Thursday, from November 30, 2023, to March 14, 2024, Derek will be hosting indoor cycling sessions from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM. This is your chance to set up your bike and join him in a virtual cycling adventure with Zwift.

Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or just looking for a fun way to stay active, Derek's enthusiasm for competition and his love for cycling will inspire you. You'll get to watch and learn how a Zwift setup can transform your indoor cycling experience. Plus, it's a fantastic opportunity to meet other cycling enthusiasts.
